Day 14 or 15

Yesterday I had a rough time getting motivated to workout. I did however do it and sweat my butt off doin it! Im doing great according to my fitness pal. I must say its the best tool so far to help me keep track of all i do including calories which I have never done before.

Tonight I was a lot better about wanting to go mainly because I had my friend Brianna to workout with. We got the cardio junk out of the way and move quickly to the weight area. Let me just say she cracks me up which is good cause that burns calories too haha. I showed her how to use some of the toning tables which was an even in itself.

She had me do a wall sit..she said count to 20 which She was goin fast and slow on counting so who knows how many seconds I really lasted..weak sauce is the word that fits me doing a wall sit!! my kegs were shaking and I was yelling like something was torturing me! Needless to say I need to do those more often:)

Ohhh..

I didnt wanna go tonight at all but I had some friends to motivate me:) Love them for that!

I did 15 min on the eliptical and did some arms machines.

Tanned and calked it done.

For the record..if you just had a baby and you know you are gonna sweat a lot, please dont wear a tight white tshirt to workout in..props for being there but dang thats not pretty anyway you look at it!

I should be in bed by now so I can get up for my 5:30am workout. I guess we will have to see what happeneds.

Thats whats up!!

So this mornin I had a lil pep talk with the kids about goin to the gym. They all agreed to be sweethearts and not fight..this not go without a bribe. Suckers would be handed over as soon as we got home IF they were good!

I started on the bike because a few ladies were already in the elipticals. I hopped on and hiked it up to level 9 to get my muscles warmed up..didnt take long! I finished 3 miles in 10 min.

Then I got to get on the torture machine. After my warm up on the bike it wasnt bad at all. I made it six min abd kk had to peepee so I glad excepted the break. Got back on and finished with 15 more min! I was very proud and pumped for tonights workout.

Came home and did some cleaning and laundry and slowly got tired lol I wasnt looking so forward to goin tonight. Andy got home and started hookin up the new dvr and it got later and later. Finally got the steaks on the grill and let me tell ya the smell was amazing! I couldnt pass it up so I had some good steak and green beans. Not to much thi cause I didnt wanna barf it up.

So dinner is done and Im sittin on the couch watchin the bachelor..Im like ok Ill just watch the first hour cause by then it just had 30 min left. My friend Starla sent me a motivating pic if some true fat!!! That got me moving and out the door real quick lol

The gym was quite empty thankfully cause I got to turn my show back on. I started thinking I could at least make it 15 min without stopping..I got through 15 and wasnt ready to tan yet cause someone was in the bed I use so I kept pushing!

I MADE IT 30 MINUTES!! THATS WHATS UP!! Thought I was gonna get sick but I made it!

I am changing things up a bit and adding another workout three days a week. Ill go to bed at 9 with the kids so I can get up on minday wednesday and friday and get a 5:30 am workout in. My friend Starla is gonna ty and do it with me which makes me really happy! We are mommas on a mission so watch out Maysville! LOL

And thats all about today..ond day at a time! My baby steps have started gettin bigger and I am loving the results and body changes I am already feeling!

Ups and Downs

Today was rough because of the scale mistake but Im not stopping. Im glad I have everything already in motion as far as eating healthy and my exercie routine down becuase if I didnt I am pretty sure I wouldnt have gone tonight.

I walked in and my faithful bike was taken. I wasnt in the mood for the treadmill so the only thing left was the torture machine..the elliptical!

Now last time I got on it I did 5 minutes lol Tonight God must have known I needed the extra push because my friend came out of the tanning room and climbed on the one next to me. So here I am thinkin ok im almost to my 5 min and im about to give up..we started talkin and she helped me push through to 10 min! I did stop a few times but I got back on it. She said if I did the torture machine 20 minutes a day I will see a diff in a short time..so im retiring the bikes and moving on up!

I tanned for 10 min and then got right back on it for 10 more min!!!

Needless to say that was ALL I did tonight lol but i feel really good about it!

Motivation!

Tonights workout consisted of the bike for 30 min of intense cardio. I did hit 8 miles again which made me feel like accomplished something.

Watchin the biggest looser on tv probably had a lot to do with it. They were doing their last chance workout so i was pushing hard right along with them.

I know I pushed it beyond what i have been because i was shaking and huffin and puffin when i got done. I nearly didnt make it the last min but i pushed! Thanks biggest looser for the motivation!

I skipped out on weights tonight but tomorrow ill pick it back up.

Tanned for 15 min and i think i got a lil more pink then last time..oops!

No pain no gain!

Three miles on the bike tonight..but it wasn't a weak sauce ride! I was on level 8 and huffin and puffin after about 30 seconds! 5min of fast cardio on the elliptical was about death for me but i made it. My personal goal is to add a min ever night.

Did 2 sets of 12 on three diff arm machines at 40lbs. Can you say JELLO!

I didnt do any legs needless to say after the bike and elliotical. Moms stairs on the weekend are enough for me! They are gettin easier to run up and down them i might add:)

Then i tanned for 15 min.

I feel good and bad and sore all at the same time.

What i ate today..

FROZEN BANANA VI SHAKE
an apple
And a good big bowl of chili and crackers. I didnt do my dinner shake cause i figured i did enough damage to my calorie intake with the chili lol

Gym<3

So tonight at the gym I did a mile on the treadmill. I ran half and walked half. Dont judge me I havent ran in a long time..like five years! The bike is what im use to because I have bad ancles that roll really easy. Im gaining strength in them though and plan on running more. I have found I sweat more on the bike then anything but tonights walk/run wasnt bad.

I have little to no muscles in my arms so did lots of arm machines and free weights. I have got to gain some mucsle so I can burn the flab off!

I also did some leg machines. I love them because I can almost do like a wall sit on the leg press if I
add enough weight to it. Little steps at a time for me.

I know I have a long road of gaining muscles in places I have none but I am so on my way. My body is burning in many places it hasnt in a while lol

Im really excited to go tomorrow night:)

Bad day..

Yesterday I started off good and then got news that one of my classmates had a horrible 4 wheeler wreck. Needless to say I worried all day, cried, and to top it all off Andy got home late. I didn't workout but I didn't pig out at dinner either, I had a bowl of frosted mini wheates. I know its not the best but it could have been worse. We all ended up going to bed at 9:30 last night.

So today I have something to add..got this from a friends blog




Ill do this to during the day and then hit the gym at night.

Night 1

I started on the bike tonight. Great cardio workout for me:)

30 min
8.5 miles
Did some leg and arm weights
Then I tanned for 10 min

Stared out great and will add more tomorrow night.

War against my own body!

So starting tonight I am on a full force, life changing, body image war, mission! This is a way for me to be held accountable for what I'm doing. I will track everything on here and watch myself get closer and closer to my goal!

I will be honest at all times and sometimes it may not be pretty. I'm a big girl and nothing anyone can say to me will hurt my feelings nor will be something I haven't already thought about before.

I am ashamed that I let myself get up to my starting weight which was 250..yeah I know it was scary! But I also have lots of motivation being that I lost 31 of that on my own with no help of diet pills or shakes or anything, it was strictly working it off pound by pound at the gym.

My bestie here in town started the Body By Vi challenge and asked me to go to a tasting. I wasn't sure about it but I listened and seen some testimonies of people who were just like me. I started the challenge shortly after that. I dropped from 219 to 194 in a month just with doing two shakes a day. That was also during the eating holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas! I did however gain 3.5 pounds back because of my COW EATING..but I'm back on track now. I have done only 3 shakes in the last three weeks and OH how I miss them!

I am changing things up a little bit for the better lets pray! I will do a shake in the morning, eat my meal at lunch and have a shake for dinner. I will have dinner made for the family so that I can have my shake and be out the door and headed to the gym while they have dinner. I need to make the time and this is how I plan to do it.

I have 50 more pounds to lose before I hit my goal weight and before I can get my tummy tuck and new boobs! I'm not ashamed to say I will get those done at all! I have had two kids and we all know things just aren't the same after that, no it didn't help that I let myself become a TUBBY. With that being said its my body and I will do what I want with it no matter what anyone thinks.

I got on the scales this morning after having a pig out three weeks and only gained 3 pounds. So my starting weight is 197.5..which really isn't bad considering everything I have ate!

So I don't mind sharing and being real about my numbers at all, the truth shall set me free! I also won't EVER be those numbers again! It will only get better.

So here is to the new year..a new me!!
