My First Big Goal

I am happy to see my first big goal is a lot closer rather then farther away now. I have lost 15 pounds since jan 3rd and couldnt be more proud if myself. I did get kinda lazy this month but I still lost weight.

I have set mini goals of 10 pounds a month and im shy 4 pounds of that monthly goal.

I did a burnout on the elliptical last night. I went as fast and as long as I could possibly go and made it 40 min. I plan to do this for the next 4 nights to see if i can drop at least a few more before April 1st.

Im not complaining about the 6 I lost at all because that still 6 pounds I wont ever see again!

I am 14 pounds from my first big goal. It seems a whole lot closer now that I have lost 15 off that:)

I love having my elliptical at home now. It is so much easier now to get on it when I get a few extra min. My livingroom turns into a gym after 9:00 every night. Andy started p90x and I tried to do it but well...lets just say Im not in the shape I need to be in to even do a quarter of what they do! I look forward to the day I can go through the program and make it happen! Who knows maybe thats a lot sooner then later also:)

I still have a long ways to go but its all about setting goals and making them happen and thats just what Im doing!

I will post again come April 1st to record my final weigh in for the month of March!
